I completely agree with @tyson.duke’s comments regarding Sam. His behavior has been highly unprofessional, and the manner in which he communicates is disrespectful and ill-mannered.
One of the worst experiences dealing with a U.S. Transloading Services, LLC . Person Name - Sam Lachine. Multiple pallets broken due to poor handling. Customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional — not helpful at all over the phone. They pulled the containers before requesting prepayment, and then refused to release the cargo until the payment was made. This is completely unacceptable.
