Greatnservice to get what we needed!
So I brought in my Dads X300R mower yesterday because I could not get the mower deck to level. My dad is 83 years old. I dropped it off and this morning they called and said it was ready. I went over it with the mechanic who was very knowledgeable! I turns out a rock plate that the deck attaches to on the rear left of the mower was installed incorrectly from the factory. Great folks, especially if you have a John Deere...
This is what customer service is supposed to be!!! Jake, the service manager, tried to walk me through the fix for my skid steer to avoid any cost to me. When that didn’t work, he sent Ryan out that same day to trouble shoot the problem. Took a minute, but he finally found a broken wire and I was back to work. I will be a customer for life!!
If it ain’t John Deere don’t bother they won’t help ya.
