Very helpful employees, great at troubleshooting and if they don't have it, they order it and get it to you asap.
I bought a tractor from this dealer. Upon bringing my tractor in to be serviced, I interfaced with a person in the service department named Justin. Justin fed me many pieces of verifiably false information about my tractor that would directly lead the tractor to require more repairs and servicing than it should. Horrible customer service. Told me I couldn't fix my own lawn mower.
The service department are really Unprofessional and actively try to ensure your tractor breaks more often. I was told things like “replace your hydraulic oil filter every 1000 hours.” And “neutral creep is something that just happens over time.” They also overfilled my hydraulic fluid.
