Horrible drivers, in and out of lanes on 13400 s, speeding and running red lights, I would not hire them because their driver endangers others, for not reason but entitlement.
US Top homes was amazing project. Their design ideas, planning, and consultation made a huge difference. They helped us choose materials, understand costs, and think through the layout before work started. Communication was clear and professional, and they stayed involved throughout the process to make sure everything stayed on track. We felt supported and confident every step of the way.
Do not higher us top homes we are fighting to save our home because he never payed for the materials and the company is trying to foreclose on our home to get their money we have been waiting for months to complete but because of the lawsuit we have to wait so warn everyone you know who wants to us them he also has no contractor license.
We had a more than disappointing experience working with Marcelo Ribeiro. He advised to use a third-party loan company to fund the project, with the understanding that funds would be drawn in phases as work was completed. This was presented as a way to protect both parties. WARNING: DO NOT HIRE US TOP HOMES! My experience with US Top Homes and the owner Marcelo was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I signed a contract for a bathroom and closet renovation, but despite clear terms that payments would only be made as each project phase was completed, they took full payment upfront. The project was delayed for months, and when work finally started, it was clear that US Top Homes had no intention of finishing the job.
