Took a LARGE deposit in November and they have not done any work. Marcelo does not respond when asking for my money back, or for work to be done. Terrible communication. Would not recommend. Such a disappointing experience.
We hired US Top Homes last year for several projects. Most everything was done well, despite extended delays and miscommunication- waiting to order the siding until the end, even though they knew it would take 8 weeks to receive or leaving sections of the house exposed during rainstorms, to name a few. My low rating is primarily due to issues with the final results. There were sections that were incomplete, like missing baseboards, that they never came back to install. They showed up on time and were finished in a timely manner. Their staff kept me updated at every stage and was polite and informed. We would happily recommend US top homes to anyone!
We couldn’t be happier with the work done by US Top Homes! They created a stunning 3D fireplace with a beautiful limestone finish that has become the centerpiece of our living space. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. They also worked on the backsplash in our kitchen, and the results are equally amazing—modern, clean, and perfectly executed. The team was professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend them for any home improvement project!
