My husband reviewed this company with an authentic representation of our (terrible) experience, and not 12 hours later there were 4 fake reviews posted giving the company 5 stars. We had US Top Homes install new LVP flooring throughout our home. The workmanship is excellent, and the crew worked quickly without cutting corners. They even fixed some squeaks in the subfloor that we didn’t realize could be repaired. The house looks brand new, and the whole experience was stress-free. Would definitely use them again.
Marcelo and his team transformed our outdated kitchen into something fresh and modern. We went with cabinet refacing and new countertops through Granite Transformations of Draper, and the results were incredible. It was fast, clean, and so much more affordable than a full gut remodel. The crew was polite and detail-oriented—definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about a kitchen update!
Pros: - Marcelo was a very effective salesman - Some of the subcontractors did pretty good work Cons - Everything else Terribly managed from the second they got the first check. The addition of a small bathroom went on for months longer than the original project timeline. Zero communication, workers showing up and not showing up at random, often not knowing what they're supposed to be working on. We feel like we managed the project regularly. US Top Homes did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was smooth and professional. The crew was respectful, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and finished ahead of schedule. The Sentrel wall system they installed looks beautiful, and the whole process only took two days. Highly recommend!
