I placed an order and received the item. The box was totally ripped open and some of the items were not in the box. I took plenty of pictures and sent them in. I received a phone call about the order and was told that I would need to find a different supplier to order from. I have no control over how the carrier handles the shipments, but I will not be able to recommend them anymore.
