I would never use them again, I did not want to and now regret allowing them to be the Title Company on the sale of our house. They did NOT follow an Escrow Agreements and just release funds without any thought if the distribution is in accordance of the escrow instructions, they just sent the money and when questioned about it you get no response, just ghosted. Now, I need to spend more time holding them to the escrow agreement that I should not have to if they just did their jobs.

My son and I just closed on his first home with the help of US Title. It was an excellent experience. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and were a delight to work with. We want to call out Mcinsy Brown, the person assigned to our process. Ms. Brown went above and beyond to stay late and get the docs ready on the last possible day. She was leaving on a vacation the next day but wanted to make sure there were no errors or problems before she left. Hope you had a great few days off, Mcinsy! Thank you for all your help.
