Worst title company I have ever worked with. Who discloses our personal information on the Closing Statement to the other party? US Title. Who would want that? Then, their compliance officer trying to protect themselves doesn't think that's a big deal. Why don't you give me your personal information and I will share it with the public. Great Title Company to work with! We have used this Title company twice, just recently when we refinanced our house and also when we purchased an apartment building. They are great to work with. They are friendly and make things very simple. They are easy to find - right on main street and lots of parking right next to the building. They accomodate our schedule and are willing to do our closing when it was convienent for us. They also have cookies and drinks and the cookies are YUMMY!!
