We closed with Stacey recently. For a customers standpoint Stacey is very short in temper and does not respond well. Also would like to add that same comment about Hailey in reference to speaking with my elderly mother, Hailey was also very short in temper . I buy and sale a lot of real estate and can say I would not close with Stacy again. (Layton office )
Straight up liars. Coersed us into signing a document stating addendum items were addressed saying that they would hold the funds until we verify. We get to the home, they were not taken care of and they had already sent the funds in less than an hour. Never answered my calls or emails like the crooked cowards they are. USE ANY OTHER TITLE COMPANY!
Very clean environment, friendly and efficient staff. No complaints from me.
