I would never use them again, I did not want to and now regret allowing them to be the Title Company on the sale of our house. They did NOT follow an Escrow Agreements and just release funds without any thought if the distribution is in accordance of the escrow instructions, they just sent the money and when questioned about it you get no response, just ghosted. Now, I need to spend more time holding them to the escrow agreement that I should not have to if they just did their jobs.
