Not A Good Experience! My experience with US Title was anything but good! From my perspective here's what happened...Ten years ago our congregation purchased a building and US Title was the escrow and closing agent and title insurer. Despite the clear terms of the purchase agreement requiring the seller to be responsible for any outstanding taxes or liens, our church was later informed by Cuyahoga Co. that we were responsible for several thousand dollars in delinquent taxes on the property.
