Ordered a set of tires online and they arrived a week late. When I finally got them installed, the sidewalls were already cracked. Called customer service and they gave me the run‑around, refusing any warranty or refund. Won’t be buying from them again.
I called for a roadside tire repair and they promised a 30‑minute arrival. After an hour the technician showed up, changed the tire quickly, but left the lug nuts loose and didn’t clean up the debris. When I called to point it out they said it would cost extra to fix and never followed up.
