I have not ever been treated so well by an auto repair shop. A shout-out to Yolanda, Customer Service Manager, who communicates very well and cared so much she found various ways to save me money....without sacrificing the quality of service.
to make a ling story short, US tire on Decatur and Ann took a razor blade to my wife's cv boots and then acted like I was cheep for wanting them to fix it.
Bought a nice set of rims & tires for my truck.Eddie and everyone treated me great.
Took my Lexus here for an alignment and they caused body damage to my car. When I asked the owner "Junior" what can be done about the damage to my car he said he couldn't do anything. The woman at the desk earlier said they have insurance, so after they messed up my car I asked what process is done for insurance and "Junior" said they cant do anything and that I have to go to small claims court. AVOID THIS PLACE!
