I went into to this location as it is the closest tile show room to me in Williamsburg. The place is a complete mess, can barely walk in there with so many cracked and broken tiles on the floor where you are supposed to walk. No one was in the show room, there were two frosted glass doors closed where I hear people talking to each other. Completed an online order for some tile due to local company fire. US tile indicated when contacted that it was in stock and would ship within 3 business days. Many days later, and after I contacted them, they indicated it would in a few days. 3 boxes of tile arrived and 2 of the boxes have all tiles broken. Requested refund of 2 of the boxes or replacement. Was told they don't refund but would replace. I asked if it could be expedited and they indicated they do not expedite and I would be contacted when it ships. 5 days lat... read more

nicest selections in Brooklyn the service is something you can not find any where else even you don't need tiles just by walking in in this store you will by something for the hype you getting there
