Terrible scam for ESA letters. Do not waist your time. They do not tell you that under HUD and ESA guidelines you need an established relationship with your health provider. They will offer an investigation in good faith, but it will just result in further denial and time waisted. As far as service animals go I cannot verify the legitimacy. I'm honestly very grateful for US Service Animals. I was able to speak with a Telehealth Therapist who understood my diagnoses and have my two cats (Mia & Zora) become registered emotional support animals. It's a pretty painless process for someone who typically hates being on the phone for serious things 😂 Definitely have and will continue to reccomend these guys. deserves less than one star, continue to charge my card after I canceled a subscription. No refund was possible. I called as soon as they charge my card ridiculous customer service as well
Absolute scam. I paid over $300 for a fake letter. Wasn’t even approved by my place of living for my pet. Then I find out they are trying to charge me an additional monthly fee that was not once discussed with me nor mentioned anywhere, when I closed my card they used for the first payment and they called me saying I owed money. Ha. I rechecked every form of communication I’ve had with them, nothing. I see other reviews saying the same thing. I’m going to be having my bank dispute the initial charge as well.
Fraudulent company that lies. Illegally signed me up for a 30 day trial I DIDNT agree too and continued to charge my card each month for over $140 total. I called and asked for a refund because I never agreed and all they kept saying is “calls are recorded” Okay then, send me the recording of WHERE I AGREED TO IT THEN?! Scammers that probably get commission for signing people up yet I never agreed to some dumb BS. Don’t trust them.
