This website is a scam, stay away. I spoken to a 1 Nancy Spitzer for a emotional support letter for the apartment complex where I live. To make the this review short, I was denied and told I need to seek help from a local mental health care professional. You just can't make this stuff up. UNBELIEVABLE, IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE.

the concept of this company is great, but the execution is horrible. i got my ESA letter and am able to use it with ease, however the service animal training package does not work for me and my animal. when i purchased the package i was told “ you can use this forever, there is no timeline” which is true, but i was also told “ you can contact us at any time for a full refund!” not true. i contacted the team for help and was brushed off like $500 wouldn’t affect the average person. i also can. o longer access the training, th... read more
Upsold unnecessary services, frequently made mistakes, provided misinformation, sent thru loops and they lacked on adding notes from previous calls and doing any follow ups. Aside from getting esa cert, do not waste youre time!
WATCH OUT FOR THE VIP SCAM!! They automatically enroll you and don’t tell you till you get charged $40 SCAMMMMMM
