"Don't order anything online for store pickup unless you call and verify it's available! I ordered a part for a central air conditioner; the website showed two available for pickup, but when I got there, they didn't have any in stock. They don't update their website, so be careful!"
My experience has been that you cannot get anything delivered in a timely manner . On several occasions, I have prepaid for equipment weeks ahead of scheduled delivery date and the equipment arrives in the afternoon. That is unacceptable. When has a contractor you are expected to replace a system in a single day.
Stopped in looking for a simple, but hard-to-find, item. Overheard one staffer getting a lecture from another. Then the staffer turned to me and proceeded to be rude and disrespectful. Interrupted me as I tried sharing what I needed. I won't be going back.
