We vacated today. Can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had while storing here. Tonya was a delight.
We've been renting a storage unit from the Lady Lake US Storage facility since this past spring. Our initial contact with the staff was first rate (Skyye & Tonya are the best). We just had another issue we needed their help with today -- and they HELPED us promptly and professionally and we are good to go. All we can do is say "thank you"; you are much appreciated; AND to let everyone know who needs some storage space, that US Storage just off Highway 25 in Lady Lake, Florida is the place to go!!
I absolutely appreciate the excellent customer service that Tonya and Sky provide. Had an issue with my new rate and they stepped in and negotiated it for me. So grateful.
The visit was fine until I recieved 4 emails about my payment which was set up On Autopay during my visit. what did I spend my time setting up autopay if Ivwas going to have to do it online?
They have been really nice people and a nice place to store your things. Very happy where my belongings are. Very helpful.
