Shout out to Chris for helping me with a Payment dispute. Went to the facility today to discuss the situation. Chris said he would look into it and call me no later than 24 hours. Within 2 hours he called me back with the great news! Thank you for the fast response Chris 10/10 customer service.

I rented a unit here in November 2024. I signed up and it was a special 50% off your first month. I paid $90 that month. Then it went up to 189. Totally fine with it. Then my April invoice comes in and they try to raise it to $300. I called to speak to someone about why? I’m told someone will call me in 48hrs. No one called, however I got an email saying prices are going us do to utilities and inflation. That they are going up to $225. We’ll guess they said yea 75% increase is kinda crazy. Neil the manager was amazing he walked us through the whole process and we never felt pressured the app to open the gate works perfectly every time and they have handcarts available free to use to move your stuff they also have a moving truck that's free up to 50 miles overall there prices and convenient location it's the best value in Clermont.
