Friendly and informative employees
Seamless Experience Went here on my lunch break and Brian processed my contract in no time at all. Professional and thorough, everything was explained to me in detail before payment.
If zero stars were an option, that is what I would have chosen. Just terrible. Dirty facility, poorly maintained, with non-existent on-site service. Constant rate increases without notice. Took me three times to actually get my service cancelled, and then I was still invoiced for the next month AFTER they sent me the confirmation of cancellation. Service elevator consistenly out of service. Unit dirty - mouse droppings all over stuff we had stored there. With so many other options, I WOULD NOT recommend this place.
The younger gentleman was extremely wonderful and very helpful. Got a unit easily and the area is nice and clean, gated too. You all will love these guys.
