Brian was extremely helpful. He explained all the options for me and showed me around. Was able to get set up quick and easy! Would definitely recommend.
They raised my rate almost 75% from month to the next, and said in the contract they can raise the rent when they can, this place is an absolute scam ! i guarantee a lot of these reviews are fake, no way anyone is accepting a 75% rate increase
Brian and Nekoda did an outstanding job getting us set up with our storage unit. They answered all of our questions, clearly explained the storage options, and quickly did the paper work to get us registered. Equally important, they made us feel welcome to becoming a customer of US Storage Centers.
Very satisfied with the service we received. The facility was better than expected, and the man, Brian, who showed us around, and leased us the storage unit, was very knowledgeable and professional. Good experience all around.
