Do not fall the scheme this place runs. They give you this amazing upfront deal and then raise your rent every 3 months after. And no im not talking about a small increase. The first was a 553% raise (yes you read that correctly) and this newest one 3 months later is a 96% increase. I gave my 30 day notice and will be removing all my stuff. I have the smallest unit they offer and it seems the increases are never ending with no cap on how high they can go. This company is disgustingly deceiving. Ive had my unit for less than six months in that time my rent has been raised a whopping 620% there was a raise in August and now another one is taking affect. This place is absolute garbage. Unfortunately reading online this seems to be common practice for storage units so ill be downsizing and donating things I have wished to hold on to.
