Update: when I first started to rent a unit from US Storage I felt they had Friendly service and wonderful customer service. Clean units with easy access. While this hasn't changed, I am disappointed in the constant rent increases every quarter. When I first inquired I asked about increases and was assured that they don't happen often and when they do they are small increments. This is NOT TRUE. The reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because when I did have a unit there they were very helpful. I moved about 3 years ago and gave up my unit. I just got the deposit check back 3 years later and when I called to inform them it is written to the wrong name and was going to ask for a new check (hopefully not 3 years later) they told me someone would call me back….. well it’s been 3 weeks and no call. She was very friendly, nice, helpful and gave all the information I needed for using the place. Even used the bathroom this morning.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone at this location for 5 days to no avail. This was via phone and only 1 person was able to help along with 1 person via live chat. One person over the phone actually hung up on me. So today, 02/14/2025, I went to the location where I met Jahaida the property manager. She was wonderful! Unbelievably helpful, polite and she took her time explaining everything to me. If you're planning on using a storage facility, speak to Jahaida, she's a sweetheart. I thank her for her help.
