Deneen has been wonderful during my years of storage on West Pleasant Ridge. Helped me add a new unit for my valuables. Very convenient to my house.
We went to this location to rent a unit, we were so pleased with Deneen. She took that extra step to help us a week later we needed more storage space, Again Deneen went that extra step. If I could give her a 10 I would. This location is very clean and well kept, I would recommend this location to everyone you will not be disappointed, Deneen is still amazing she has been working cleaning up property she is always happy and smiling
Deneen is great she keeps the property and unit clean. we keep our units here because she is amazing .
