Move out process was quick and efficient
CANNOT OVERSTATE THIS - do not rent anything from US Storage Centers. What a headache this has been. We rented out 5 lockers on June 5. The business practices felt a little shady, let's say, so once I dug a little bit further under glowing reviews, I unearthed a lot of more negative and probably correct ones. Rate hikes, unsafe conditions, terrible communications. We had prepaid for 3 months (that's how they get you!) and within the first month, on June 28, cancelled all remaining services with them and emptied our lockers. ... read more
