Great service!
I use US Storage in Bedford Hills and they are great! Rooms are clean and staff is super helpful. The rates are very good. I recommend them for any move or storage, temp or long term.

Great convenience. Good hours. They will jack up the price on you pretty quickly- so best for short term. UPDATE: i've been there for two plus years, the price keeps going up and up above market rates bc who really wants to move their stuff AGAIN, AND there is no attendant on site.
The reservation was made over the phone with someone at a call center. It was easy but she neglected to tell us that we were assigned a storage unit on the second floor which meant lots of carrying heavy things up a flight of stairs. That was no-go for us senior citizens and when we checked in at the office (which is at another location) we were fortunately able to change to a drive-up unit which is soooo much better for us.
