Scammers, purchased a near 2k order and have had zero contact after days of contacting them. I'm going through paypal to reverse the charge.
Do not trust this guy. He lies and tells you the speakers are in stock just to get your money. I as fortunate to pay with a credit card, therefore I was able to get my money back. He tries to get you to pay with PayPal and other payment methods so he doesn't have to return your money. He even tried to submit a tracking number to the credit card company he created from his shipping account but it never showed he shipped anything. You've been warned!
I really wanted to give them a zero star review. Horrible customer service. After they get your money they ignore you for weeks. No matter how much emails you send you get no response. I had to go through paypal so i could get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
Could not give zero rating so gave a 1...bought a $1400 speaker and paid almost $300 for 2 day shipping...after 3 days of no contact, we contacted them as the speaker didn't arrive. They said it's shipping today and will be there Friday...then later in the day say the speaker is out of stock for 2 more months. WTF. What kind of company is this that doesn't communicate with their customers...especially after paying for 2 day...and then no contact. Could have said on their website it was out of stock for 2 months...but no...ha... read more
