My 13 yr old solar pump stopped working and rather than replace the brushes, I decided to get a new one. Looking online I found US Solar Pumps and found that they had a replacement for my old pump, and at a better price than if I was to buy the original brand. Ordering was easy and it arrived (in Hawaii) in 3 days! During the process I had a couple of questions and it was easy to reach Mike quickly by text or voice. In these times of poor customer service, US Solar Pumps is the exception!
Excellent customer service and products. I ordered the pump for the Dock Pro Sleep.Me system. Worked perfectly, albeit a tiny bit louder. Make sure to get the 12v version for the Dock Pro system
Using their pumps in the Oasis hydronic system in our Dutch Star DP. They work great and the price is good, too. Only problem I had this time was in the checkout process. Captcha would not operate until I accepted all cookies. Not nice!

For some darn reason one of the impeller blades failed on my S-5 pump (after some 4 years?) I run this pump on my backyard solar heated shower - it circulates 40 gallons of some 180* water - I got the company on the phone and within a few days I had a replacement impeller 'in my hand' What a company! thank you. I know who I'll be dealing with for my next project.
