Trying to call for an appointment is never ending! No one answers the phone. They send you paperwork to make you come in and have to make appointments but nobody answers. On hold for hours!! Maybe they should have a separate line directing ppl to who they need to speak with 🤯
Arrived in time and early for my appointment not surprisingly they were not. Ended up waiting hours. What exactly is the point of an appointment if y'all don't even come close to keeping it. Typical government efficiency.
