Arrived in time and early for my appointment not surprisingly they were not. Ended up waiting hours. What exactly is the point of an appointment if y'all don't even come close to keeping it. Typical government efficiency.
Its taking so much of time and there is only one window there are 2 windows but only one window is working and the other is not not taking care of customers and it has been long waiting to complete out work.
Doesn't seem to understand that a joint bank account in my name is not an asset or a resource. I can't do anything with it except look at it. I can't even remove my name off it. Took away my ssi bc of it and my medical. And I asked what to do and all the guy did was shrug his shoulders.
Was told there was a drop box that could be used after hours. There was indeed a drop box. Was told by night custodian that after hours access to said drop box was unavailable.
