I called many SSA offices in CT and this was the only office that answered their phone. I had to request a copy of my mom's 1099 for taxes and they mailed it directly to my house. Thank you for helping me out and providing great customer service!
Better than norwich office despite the longer hold times
Needed to get information on my SS monthly an increased gave all info needed, she acted like I was not an American an she was very unprofessional at taking care of a customer, with no regards of co policy, I know I'm not the only one to experience this, gave in fo twice, can't release info I needed due to I don't have there posted explained reason why an totally over talked me to a point like she was looking to piss me off, so I politely said ty and hung up phone, I hope she pin pointed, no need for her to customer service, ... read more
