The wait time was 120 mins but when it was my turn, somebody was supposed to call me. I waited 175 mins and never got called. I called again and I asked for agent and was told it would be over 120 mins, please take the survey, thanked me for calling and hung up. Never got a call back and they close in 45 minutes. Ridiculous!
Cant get a hold of every one. Every time i call its over an hour on hold. Kept being told i was fine and makings under the limit when directly dropping off pay stubs and called 3 months in a row to make sure they got it and i was in the clear. Then got a massive bill saying they overpaid. Cant get a hold of no one. Filled out two forms and dropped off in person but cant get in the building without an appointment.
