Called the office number, was called back within 10 min's. And I got an in person appt. Within a week. Great person on the phone.
The wait time was 120 mins but when it was my turn, somebody was supposed to call me. I waited 175 mins and never got called. I called again and I asked for agent and was told it would be over 120 mins, please take the survey, thanked me for calling and hung up. Never got a call back and they close in 45 minutes. Ridiculous!
