We had an 11:20 a.m. appointment at this location for my husband to apply for his Social Security number so he can work at his university. We drove almost three hours to attend the appointment. My husband is a Black man with an accent, and unfortunately he and one of his classmates experienced very disrespectful treatment. Another representative reviewed all of my husband’s paperwork, confirmed that everything was correct, and gave him a receipt stating that his Social Security card would be mailed to him. Wish they had sign at old location about relocating.
The employees were so nice, and the online appointment system worked just fine. Lots of appointments open the same week. Was in and out in no time!
I called at 2:53 pm on Tuesday 6 Jan 2026 never answered the phone....
