Horrible phone service
It was an easy task. Took the number and wait 15 min. I was out in 1/2 hr. Nice police officer and agent.
Great 1st time experience. Everybody was pleasant including the guard.
I went in without an appointment. Everyone I came in contact with at the Culpeper office, from the Officer standing at the door, to the woman at the window who directed me on what to do, to the gentleman who ended up serving me ... ALL were kind and helpful. My issue was resolved and I was gone within 45 minutes.
I Normally don’t leave reviews but this particular office is one of the worse. Their main job is to assist people, they have absolutely horrible customer service and attitudes. Was scheduled with a lady named, Jodi, for a phone appointment, that works at the Culpeper Social Security Administration building. Called early that morning just to make sure that the appointment was still going to happen, was assured it would.
