Called to get some clarity on if I needed to make an appt to bring in documentation after filling out paperwork online. The man who answered the phone was already annoyed when he picked up, spoke to me extremely rudely the entire time, and then hung up on me. Literally the worst costumer service experience I've ever had. Good luck if you need actual help here!
I went in with the documentation I needed after having applied online and only waited a short time on a weekday. Staff was helpful and quick!
