I am having a hard time calling and getting a fax #.. also, trying to update my ph.# and also set up an appointment..which was on the first of the month..but no one calls me back for iinformation thats required"

I have been waiting for my last name update on my Social Security card for more than three months now (visited the office on June 13th, 2023). I was given the paper saying that within 45 days I will receive the card or a denial letter (no reason for that tho). My last name is consistent on every single document, including my passport, marriage certificate, and Green Card. Man who work here in Juneau SSA hang up the phone, because he don’t know some information, just like a clown!!!! He don’t want listen nothing, only say come to office, I don’t know nothing!!! Clown Not recommend call to this office!!!!
