Ridiculous. No appointments available online. Have to arrive at the office sn hour early, otherwise the line is too long for an appointment. No chairs in the hallway, so I sat down only to be told by security that I can't sit down in the hallway. I'm 64 and it's difficult to stand for a whole hour on a hard floor. The office doesn't open until 11:30. No one answers the phone.
