Never got a call back
Clerk was friendly and walk-in wait time wasn’t too inconvenient. They allowed me to get info updated on my SSA card that technically should’ve required an appointment as of this month as well. Certainly worth the extra distance compared to the Dutchess County office if you’re from Ulster County like I am.
Was afraid of coming here after the terrible experience in poughkeepsie ssa, but everyone in hudson ssa were very kind and helpful, all my process including the wait was 20 minutes and i came without an appointment because ssa website does not allowed to schedule. My suggestion is to come 5 minutes before opening. Can say thanks enough to the persons working here.
