The process to make an appointment was so difficult, because the number on social security’s website for this office was actually the national number, with wait time of over 2 hours! I had to do some digging to find the direct phone number, and then it was a breeze! My appointment was scheduled for the next morning, and it only took about 20 minutes. The admin helping me out was so nice and friendly, and overall I had a great experience:)

I visited this office this morning with my wife to make name changes and get authorization for login.gov. We made an appointment for 10:00 and were called on by 10:10. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Jennifer (sp). She was a rock star ! Everything was completed and we were on our way by 10:30. Way to go!
I went online to make a name change appointment for this location and was able to get one for 3 days later. Much better than the other location which wasn’t until March. I filled out all the information online and printed a hard copy just incase and brought my marriage certificate.
