Mr. Martinez was rude, condescending, and barely helpful. I actually think he makes a game of denying claims and frustrating citizens to entertain himself without reviewing the information.It’s shocking this behavior is allowed in a federal office. Reading other reviews shows this isn’t just me — this place consistently fails our seniors and disabled citizens our most vulnerable citizens. Ms. Lee at this location or whatever call center, is the absolutely most disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional, and lazy person. I called in with questions and she did not want to answer them. She hung up on me, numerous times. I have never felt so disrespected after trying to receive help from a government employee. She continuously hung up the phone. Please listen to all calls from her on Nov 25 between the hours of 12-2pm est. unprofessional beyond belief.
This is about online they said could fix my problem online and there's no where to fix Medicare on there so been trying for 2 days to call first time told me 120min wait so I stayed on hold for 3 hours next day same wait time been on there 2 hours well it says closes at 7pm and they had me on hold after 7 so hung up and called back and still told me 120 mins so not sure when they close or they just leave people on hold
