My mother got sent a letter threatening to cut off her benefits, over a one-time $1,600 fee payout to her by a relative’s estate. I tried calling Mrs Martinez 3 times to get clarity on what she needed to submit, left a voicemail each time, and she never returned my call. You’re playing with a disabled person’s livelihood. You wouldn’t want someone to play with yours, or your parents- don’t play us and ours.
We had and appt so it went pretty fast and the gentleman that helped us was very nice.
I needed a copy of my sister's SS earnings, someone said she would mail it, that was 12 days ago, so I called again, talking to a second staff person. She relayed that it was against the rules for this to be done. Therefore, I am way behind due to the incompetence of the first person who I talked to. Please, train the staff to respond with legal answers. We deserve better.

Absolutely awful. I have been trying to get my son’s social security card corrected since November and Ms Lee has blatantly told me she doesn’t want to do it nor have time. I have been multiple times. No success.
