They have a very unprofessional and rude old lady working there that accused me of fraud when my case was VALID and ended up being approved after being helped by a nice man in the back.
I went online to make an appointment to get my name changed. It was super simple, just put in my id info and marriage info. There was an open appointment for the next morning so I took it. I got there 30 minutes early and checked in, there was one other person there and I was able to be seen 15 minutes early, took only 5 minutes to get everything done. Such a smooth process, staff were very friendly as well.
I get the run around especially with that 877 number all I need are some forms printed so I can fill out and bring back to them and that security guard is sorry smh
