Crap! I called and got a rude man's voice. I waited on hold, totally expecting to wait for a while. After about 15 minutes it started ringing again. I thought, "Alright. I just have a simple change of information that can't be done online". Then, the rude man voice comes back, tells me to call back later and hangs up. WTH?! That's ridiculous! Don't bother with this office. Just call the main office and wait!!
The security was very welcoming and helpful
Every single time I have come in the security guard is a bully. I am so tired of being treated like I am here to do some heinous crime. Damn near thought he was going to frisk me when I very obviously didn’t have a weapon on me. The way he talked to another man in there was disgusting and rude. Where everyone can hear “we don’t want another incident like yesterday do we” I do not understand why I need to announce to him and the whole room why I am here and about the very personal nature of my visit.
