To the security guard at the Sterling, Illinois facility - thank you for being so kind to everyone....to Mary, the representative who actually helps people, take lessons from the security guard. You were condescending and rude. Your "thats not how we do things here" when asked if you could do a simple search told me you COULD have if you wanted to, you just were not going to inconvenience yourself in the least. I hope you have the day you deserve. Mary should NEVER work with the public.....EVER.
The old woman who talked to my parents was very disrespectful! She was impatient and even kept rolling her eyes on them! If you do not like your job then get out of that office! My parents are seniors and didn’t deserve the treatment that they got!
Absolutely awful people. They refused me the exact same service that they readily gave to me roommate, which was sitting literally next to me.
