This office was really easy to navigate through. The guard was exceptional at giving directional information so I knew what to do and where to go. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful. I was in an out in under an hour.

Condescending and rude starting with the “security” guard and especially the lady at the window. Very reluctant to share any information about required documents and where to obtain them. Not just a regular poor customer service experience, it was the type that leaves you fuming for the remainder of the day.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Since I cant I'll write a review everyday for the next six months to tank the star rating. Office staff was EXTREMELY rude to everyone. The security officer there was by far the worst. Treated everyone over the age of 55 as if they were all stupid. Told everyone to silence their phones and that if they couldnt do that then they wouldn't be seen today.
