I was in there yesterday to talk about a matter of an overpayment that happened 13 years ago, and the way the guy held himself was unacceptable. I tried to tell him that I now have a 200 dollar car insurance I have to pay on top of everything else since I had to get me a new car. His only response was "so you knew you had this overpayment and you still got a new car?" Without asking why I got the car to begin with. For his information it's because my previous car got totaled, and I had no choice but to get a new car.
I received excellent service from this office very kind and listen to my concerns and helped me with it all for my daughter I cannot thank them enough for being so kind and understanding. I cannot say this about the hickory office those people are very rude and don't want to do there jobs and help the people out.
