I’m used to waiting a long time in government offices, but not here. They’ve always provided quick, knowledgeable, and effective service.
Had an appointment for 11:40 a.m. and was finished at 11:44 a.m. was not expecting that but was very pleased
This is the worst social service I've ever seen. While people are going through crisis in their house whole the social worker's are outside doing track and field. I don't understand why we waiting hours to get help and they are in groups outside. The white girls that came in after me was called in while I still sit and waited. It's useless to come here. I plan on reaching out to every administrator in the department. It's sad !
