If I could give ZERO stars I would . Received disability paperwork, filled it out, sent it in. They say they didn’t get it. Sent me a 2nd set. Has a name with her number and extension on it to call . I have tried calling for A MONTH leaving message after message for NONE of them to be returned . Finally got a hold of a live person today who said she doesn’t do that well then why was her name and number on my letter if that’s not what she does . As far as government offices go, this experience was really positive. I had an appointment, so I didn't have to wait long, and the agent I dealt with was extremely helpful and nice. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. As long as you follow procedure and have your information gathered and ready, the experience should be smooth.
I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I moved to the area in March of 2025. When I notified Social Security about my cuange of address, they wanted to do a reevaluation, which I thought was fine since I knew that I was basically still going to be on Social Security. They had an appointment all ready with a Ms. Dula. When it came time for my appointment, I called, and nobody picked up. I tried calling the office all day.
