Not a long wait. Very nice staff
Mrs. Williams is awesome
I needed assistance with updating an elderly person’s state residency and Medicare information. Our appointment was around 2:45 p.m. on a Wednesday. The office was much less crowded, and we were seen within about 15 minutes of checking in. Our assigned agent was Mr. Jimmy Houston, who was such a nice, humble, and helpful person. He was patient throughout the process and took the time to address all of our questions and needs. We really appreciated his assistance.
This SS office is one of the best I have been to. They are quick and have very nice people. They seem to move fairly quick. A long wait might be 25 min. Which is fair especially if they spend time with each person for their specific need.
