This place is nothing like longview, wish I still lived in upshur been waiting on the money for over a month now, took two years to get approved and now taking another year to get all the back pay, they are super slow and they almost never return my calls.
When I was on the phone with the Computer they was supposed to call me back in 80 minutes but it was in 40 minutes and Iam thankful!!!
I have dealt with this office four times for the same issue, and it still isn’t resolved. They lose paperwork, fail to submit applications, and then deny it to your face, even when you show them the receipt they gave you, proving you applied. “It’s not in our system.” It seems they could all benefit from some customer service training, because they act as if they’re infallible, but I know that no one likes to admit a mistake. I've been there a few times now. The wait was maybe about 20 minutes or so. It be nicer if it could be shorter time but when I got waited on I was able to get done what I came there for. Overall ok experience.
I’ve been to this office twice now and was lucky enough to have Ms Wilson help me with my issue. She resolved my issue in minutes. Today she assisted me again with another issue I had and was Johnny on the spot and provided all we needed. She was a joy to work with.
