Employees were rude and could at least offer to help a person who is in bereavement. Office handles a lot of important information- just be kind !
Just rude front desk workers they speak to you like you purposely did things wrong and they couldn't make a mistake not helpful very unhelpful theres a reason theres a front desk if you dont wanna be respectful maybe they should work in the back away from others
I can't believe our tax dollars go to pay the employees (David) for their non helpful, disrespectful service.
I came in to the SS office about 2:00 on Wednesday June 11th. I came in hoping to make an appt. So I could get some questions answered. I took a number and was immediately called up to the window. The women I spoke with was so very kind and was able to answer all my questions and gave me a printout to refer back to later. Thank you so much for all you did and I didn't even have to make the appt! Your office is the best!
