All employee are extremely rude and couldn’t care less if you get service. I wish we had other options but this is all you get and they treat you as such. The entire office needs to be replaced and especially David who was by far the rudest of all that I spoke to. Avoid at all costs
I have been having issues with this office for years. They wanted my paystubs as proof of income for every month, ok fair enough. I drop them in their dropbox in their office and they tell me they don't receive them. I tried reporting over the phone through their automated system and it will either work and they tell me they still didn't receive them or it just won't work at all.
