Hardly ever can u talk to a kind person that knows what they're doing or talking about. My son was due his 2nd back pay check in February after waiting 6 months from the 1st check and now they're telling me it may be 2 more months.... like what? How is that even possible absolutely unexceptable! It's a shame they do this to people. It's like they're jealous or something of people's benefits and try to make u wait as long as they can.
I have literally been on hold for 3 days then closing Time comes and I gotta hang up and try to call again the next day Wich puts me on hold again for hours I until they close I never get to talk to anyone!!
My comment is for the Corbin office only. When I called the 800 number to get help they were very helpful and very nice, they gave me the Corbin number to get help there and the woman that answered there was the rudest woman that I have ever had to talk to. I have worked with the public for 32 years and if I ever treated someone like she treated me I would want to be smacked.
