We’ve had horrible experiences with OKC SS office and a friend highly recommended the office in Chickasha, so we went to get answers to our unanswered questions. It was well worth the drive. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to make an appointment and we took a number and didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes! I highly recommend them as well. OKC needs to take some lessons from them in customer service!!! Five stars from me!!!
I went in to pick up some paperwork, at 10AM there was 1 person ahead of me and he was finished before I could sit down. I went to the windows, requested my paperwork and was done and gone in less than 15 minutes.
No long lines
Very knowledgeable agent Very efficient customer service
