A nightmare. Extremely rude lady. She didn't look at my records,left out a lot of information,didn't get exams from doctors that I sent over multiple times. They determined I was disabled then denied me and left out the documents that covered my disabilities. They claimed they never got these documents,they were sent by doctors, relatives and myself 2x. A few days ago i went to north adams mass , window 4 took such good care of my issues. It was an absolute pleasure to go there
It was fast and easy taking care of some paperwork.
Paula the manager at the north Adams office is terrific. Very professional and gets things done. She is patient and a very informative troubleshooter. What a great manager.
