Absolutely atrocious.
They give you no time to send medical papers back then bill you for their procedures
A nightmare. Extremely rude lady. She didn't look at my records,left out a lot of information,didn't get exams from doctors that I sent over multiple times. They determined I was disabled then denied me and left out the documents that covered my disabilities. They claimed they never got these documents,they were sent by doctors, relatives and myself 2x.
