We have been sitting here waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen still waiting and they never have enough workers to service the business they get on a daily basis this has got to stop and they need to hire people who are not only caring but people who will do the job right and getting the people in and out quickly as possible instead of procrastinating and doing nothing but sitting and talking to their employees while people are waiting that is so disrespectful you shouldn’t have to wait 2 or 3 hours to be seen Get more empl... read more
I just had the most pleasant experience with Ms. Johnson of Kennesaw, GA at the Social Security Administration. I was nervous about the application process but she immediately put me at ease. She asks questions in a clear and concise manner and made the whole process very pleasant. Thank you Ms. Johnson!

Social Security is a great example of why the government should not be in charge of anything. I have spent days trying to update my login information to their website. The only way to communicate with the ID me people is through a chatbot, then after over 30 minutes they connect you to a real person. That takes at least 30 minutes or way more to finally chat with a real person. Last time we tried to go to an office, they said we needed to take care of our business online. It's so frustrating.
I called to speak to a rep at Social Security today to discuss a letter I received in the mail. Oh yeah, I am a 69 year old Senior and I am proud because Jehovah God didn't have to allow me to make it this far. All around the world today, people are dying by the dozens, - especially our youth.
