I almost wonder if the negative reviews about a woman who works there is the same woman, Donnita Benton. She is extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. She reiterated several times "I've worked here 17 years, what others told you was wrong". I can't help having received prior incorrect information by the same office and when seeking to understand shouldn't be met with her attitude.
