This was the worst experience I've ever had, we had an appointment and the guy at the window looked at my email saying our time and place and he refused to honor the appointment... Literally argued with me for 10 minutes about how my information WAS correct but since he supposedly wasn't seeing it on his computer that there's nothing he can do...
I went to their office(7/14/25), there is a big sign outside that say they wont see you without an appointment. There are 3 cars in the parking lot! I call the number, sit on hold for about 10 minutes then after I finally speak to someone, they tell me the next available appointment isn't until 8/20/25 and it is a telephone call.
