The 1-800 number stated no appointment was needed at your local office to change a direct deposit. So my mom went in, sat for 2 1/2 hours for nothing and they wouldn’t even schedule an appt for her. Said she needed to call 1-800 number. This is ridiculous. Do your job and assist our elders. If you hate your job, change occupations! It’s disgusting how you all lack a moral compass.
They are full of attitude and expect you to know they are appointment only and it's not even advertised they are horrible and very very very rude no customer service experience at all I didn't even wanna give it one star they suck
2 different employees put my grandma Sharon L Clendening whom is 90 years old in charge of my paycheck and I was not ok with that decision and yes I'm 40 years old
