I have only been to the office one time. Very positive experience. I got to see Sabrina quickly. She was professional yet comforting while in her presence. I have spoken by phone to another female, and also a male at this local office. Excellent experiences, I wish I could remember their names. They are very busy people at this small office. I hope we all can remember to be patient. Don't worry about when others get called up before us. Trust the process.

They literally skip you if your in line on the phone,they give you nonactive numbers,they are very slow,and close before its even closing time ,i have called and been redirected to numbers that dont work and denied before even recieving my letter to verify,they even give the wrong mailing address on file and half the time the people are rude
