Not sure why this SSA office cannot serve the public properly? Over the years it only seems that one or two staff seems really want to serve your SSA needs. Upon visiting many times the guards act like you are the enemy walking through the door in the why they ask the security questions. Some guards ask in a good frim way and then directly point you to your needs of being in the SSA office, giving some directions. As far as government offices go. This is actually not terrible.
on phone for hour before someone picked up. been in this building several times never a line so why dont you answer your phone.
