I was just quickly dropping off paperwork!
I spoke with a lady at the Owosso Social Security office about my retirement benefits payment and she assured me that I was going to receive it on the 18th of February. I called the number for my card three times and the payment was not posted. I called them back on the 18th and asked them about it. The representative told me that I wouldn't receive the payment until March. I told her that the letter that I received said that I was getting a payment this month.
