SS Building is easy to find, in Olean, NY; and, the parking is close by. Wait time was less then ten minutes, before I was called by my assigned number for my appointment. I was very pleased with the assistance I recieved from my SS case worker. She was very helpful and informative as was the entire staff.
I tried to make appointment to order a new ss card for my husband. I called the number told to make and appointment in olean ny. Told to go online couldn't fine info to make appointment. Will just have to drive to olean office. your system is not easy to access for older people. was hung up on 3 times when I called. poor help for seniors.
