Wonderful experience. Called me back when they said they would. Got appointment for next day. Arrived 10 minutes early. Less then 10 minutes was called back and processed what I needed to be done quickly. Excellent customer service by Lenora. Very pleasant and very experienced at what needed to be done.
It is near impossible to make an appointment using the phone service. All I wanted was to make an appointment!

Don't come here without an appointment
This place is awful when it comes to returning phone calls. Last October and November I called and left a message for someone at least half a dozen times and she never called me back. I first called the office on October 18th. Neither the person I was trying to reach nor anyone else from the Olean office got back to me until November 22nd. Someone only called me then because I had called the Social Security Administration's number and THEY told the Olean office that I had been trying to reach this one person for weeks.
