This is the second time I have been disconnected and transferred to a survey while talking. I have gone to the office several times and nobody was ever there. You call in to the line and they tell you that you need to go in-person. The office is 45 minutes from me and I don’t have time to mess around. I’m always kind to people over the phone because I know what it’s like to be cussed out by clients when things are out of your control, but I’m getting fed up. Wonderful experience. Called me back when they said they would. Got appointment for next day. Arrived 10 minutes early. Less then 10 minutes was called back and processed what I needed to be done quickly. Excellent customer service by Lenora. Very pleasant and very experienced at what needed to be done.
It is near impossible to make an appointment using the phone service. All I wanted was to make an appointment!
It's been damn near a full hour and I'm still on hold wth dude
