Very quickly and easy
Waited for 52 minutes before finding out you need an appointment. So frustrating!! There’s a two hour hold to ask a question. Government at its finest.
After a few unsuccessful trips to the SSA in Lafayette, I decided to try the office in New Iberia because of the great reviews. I spent less than an hour waiting and the problem that they made seem almost impossible to solve (due to laziness and lack of competence) the guy solved in New Iberia. I can't read his handwriting to mention his name and say a sincere "thank you" and show how wonderful and competent he is. The clues I have is that on my paper it says: Field Office Manager, his signature and the initials "CS". Thank ... read more
